For about the past, ugh, seventeen years I’ve been privileged to work our local high school tv/radio program, WAVM. Both of my kids went through the program (over 10 years ago now) and we still help out with certain events (like the upcoming telethon).
Back in the late 90′s we met Nick Huston, who even then had that certain drive that you only see once in a while. Nick went on to NYU and then into sound recording and eventually line production in NYC. A couple of years ago he decided to found his own independent film production company, Rosetta Films.
Nick’s company recently completed a film “One More with Feeling” featuring actors such as Chaz Palminteri, Linda Fiorentino, and Drea de Matteo. A couple of weeks ago we heard that the film was going to be part of the Spectrum series at Sundance 2009.
Congratulations to Nick and his team. I look forward to seeing the film and future productions from Rosetta Films.
